Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Court e-filing Clerk to join our team at Ace Attorney Service, Inc. This position is essential for maintaining organized records and supporting our legal operations in a fast-paced environment. The Court e-filing Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring that all documentation is accurately processed.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed.
  • Respond to requests for information from clients and staff promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or clerical work, preferably within a legal setting.
  • Strong word processing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
