This position is eligible for a hybrid flexible work arrangement that includes up to 4 days working from home and 1 day in our Pecatonica location on a rotating schedule.

Organization Overview:

Foresight Bank is the largest, locally owned community bank in Northern Illinois, with fifteen offices in the counties of Winnebago, Stephenson and Kankakee. Foresight Bank is owned by Foresight Financial Group, Inc., an Illinois corporation founded in 1986, a financial holding company established under the Federal Reserve.

Position Summary:

Responsible for maintenance and support duties for all commercial and consumer loans. Role requires a collaborative team player that utilizes strong relationship management, customer service, and communication skills while completing duties that include maintenance and customer service for commercial and consumer loans.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine loan maintenance and servicing functions for commercial and consumer loan accounts.
  2. Process customer requests including initiating and waiving fees, fixing bills, researching payments, reversing payments, and ordering coupon books.
  3. Set up and maintain ACH and AFT transactions and process ACH/NSF returns.
  4. Process outgoing wires for advances on loans.
  5. Process loan payoffs not requiring escrow, create customer payoff letters, and assist with related account maintenance.
  6. Complete UCC searches and file UCC financing statements.
  7. File new notes, pull paid notes, and release titles for the Rockford market.
  8. Record consumer mortgage documents and prepare mortgage releases.
  9. Conduct consumer loan reviews and assist with loan documentation maintenance.
  10. Process appraisal invoices and maintain supporting records.
  11. Generate and distribute ELT title notifications.
  12. Freeze maturing Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) in accordance with policy and procedures.
  13. Complete monthly reporting functions, including VSI reporting and other assigned operational reports.
  14. Provide prompt, professional service to internal and external customers while researching and resolving loan servicing inquiries.
  15. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned loan operations tasks.
  1. Manage and/or participate in special projects, as needed.
  1. Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering to assist management in monitoring for suspicious activity, money laundering, or other illegal customer activity.
