Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Account Managers for our Fleet Sales team at Mullinax Ford our Apopka (Orlando) and New Smyrna Beach locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for growing our commercial fleet sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Automotive Dealership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle financing and leasing
  • Commercial Account Management Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with CRM software
  • excel

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our commercial fleet business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
  • Become Ford certified Commercial Account Managers

Compensation:

Bonus/Commission to be paid out as follows:

  • Training pay (12 month step down plan)
  • Plus commission on sales and delivery of new and used vehicles. Commission will be discussed during the interview process.
  • Plus bonus levels at 11 and 17 units
  • Job is performance based and will be reviewed weekly
  • Estimated yearly income of $80,000 +

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also use your sales expertise to develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our commercial fleet business. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as your knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and financing options, will be critical to your success in this role.
