Job ResponsibilitiesManage monthly residential and commercial account receivable activities ranging from billings to vacates to reporting for 8 communities, including: Rent BillingsSecurity Deposit ProcessingCustomer Service related to rent bill and paymentsSupervise the existing account receivable team to ensure recurring activities are being performed without interruptionInteract with internal business partners to facilitate billing processes for existing and new projectsField annual audit requests for the financial and tax commission reportingParticipate in special projects including onboarding of new projects, platform upgrades, and possible system conversionsIdentify process and system efficiency to enhance the operating environmentQualificationsSeasoned professional in the real estate space, ideally multifamily residential, with commercial tenancy a plus10-15+ years of work history with emphasis on Accounts Receivable and supervisory experienceKnowledge of Yardi and MRI accounting softwaresProficient with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperior time management and organizational skillsA strong analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
