Job description

Bellamy Strickland is currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable Associate in McDonough, GA. This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must have two plus years of recent accounts receivable experience and experience with CDK is a plus.
Candidates for this position must be able to maintain confidential information, meet constant deadlines, thrive on multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The Accounts Receivable Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Enter all current day cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner. This includes checks, ACH, and credit card payments.

  • Review customer accounts, invoices, and statements for accuracy.

  • Answer all AR incoming calls and email inquiries.

  • Mail/Email out invoices and statements.

  • Daily credit card reconciliation.

  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues. Communicating with internal staff to facilitate resolution.

  • Analyze customer credit and set credit limits.

  • Make collection calls on outstanding accounts.

  • Perform other tasks and functions assigned in the accounting department.

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Associate:
- Must have 2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- CDK experience is a plus.
