Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MS, responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and delivering high-quality communications work. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, and translating them into clear strategies and actionable plans. The Account Manager will coordinate campaign timelines, guide creative briefs, and collaborate closely with internal teams across PR, social media, design, and advertising to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
