As an Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure vendors are paid correctly, financial data is rock‑solid, and the business keeps moving without a hitch.

  • Review contracts and process grower settlements, charges, credits, and check runs
  • Reconcile invoices for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, freight, storage, and utilities
  • Match invoices to agreements and ensure rates, terms, and GL coding are correct
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation
  • Assist with check runs, wires, manual checks, and stop payments
  • Reconcile AP accounts to the General Ledger monthly
  • Step in as backup for other AP functions when needed

You’ll be a trusted partner in keeping the financial engine running smoothly.

Why You’ll Want This Role
  • Competitive pay
  • Full‑time, stable position at the Manitowoc Corporate Office
  • Low‑cost medical insurance plus dental and vision
  • Paid vacation and paid holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A professional office environment—no plant floor, no hazards
  • A company with deep roots and long‑term stability
  • Work that’s respected, relied upon, and essential to the business
What It Takes to Succeed
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of accounting or AP experience
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, data review)
  • High ethical standards and absolute respect for confidentiality
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information, spot discrepancies, and solve problems
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and teamwork
The Bottom Line

If you want a role where accuracy matters, trust is earned, and your work directly supports the success of the business—this is it. You won’t just process invoices. You’ll protect the integrity of the numbers.

Apply today and put your accounting skills to work where they truly count.
