Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: Horsham, PA - Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the accounts payable team and processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
Key Duties
The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.
  • Review and approve extraordinary invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper authorization.
  • Coordinate and execute payment processes based on the established payment schedule.
  • Audit vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present accounts payable reports to management.
