Job Title - Associate Payroll 

Location - St Paul, MN And Abbott Park, IL (Onsite)

Description: 

We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience. 

 Skills: 

Previous work with state agencies 

Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations Has multi-state tax experience Microsoft Office Suites (Excel) 

Communication: Clear and effective communication 

Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed 

Education: High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience 

  • Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes 
  • Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing 
  • Attention to detail

We are looking for a detail-oriented AP, AR & Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. 

QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST have.
