JF Fitness is a growing franchisee in the Crunch Fitness system committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are seeking a high-potential early-career professional who is interested in building a long-term career within Finance and Accounting.


This role is designed as an entry point into our Finance organization, providing broad exposure to accounting operations, process improvement, financial reporting, and business partnership opportunities.


Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst will support the day-to-day account’s payable function while gaining exposure to broader accounting and finance responsibilities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in developing into future positions such as Staff Accountant, AP Supervisor, Financial Analyst, or other accounting and finance leadership roles.


The successful candidate will combine strong attention to detail with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn the business.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely • Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation • Prepare weekly vendor payment runs and monitor payment status • Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues • Maintain vendor records and documentation • Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive vendor relationships • Assist with expense report review and processing

Accounting & Finance Exposure • Support month-end close activities and accrual processes • Assist with account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules • Participate in general ledger maintenance and analysis • Support annual audits and information requests • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis projects • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Participate in productivity and efficiency initiatives across Finance • Support internal controls and compliance activities • Collaborate with cross functional team members on special projects


Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Recent college graduate • Strong interest in building a long-term career in Finance and Accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong written and verbal communication skills
