Vice President of Finance - Must have healthcare

The Vice President of Finance provides strategic leadership for all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, and financial planning functions. This role partners with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to drive financial performance, support organizational growth, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial systems.

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and financial controls.

Oversee retirement plan administration, tax compliance, payroll taxes, sales taxes, and physician compensation modeling.

Develop pro forma financial analyses, evaluate new business opportunities, and secure financing for capital projects and equipment.

Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support key business decisions.

Serve as a member of executive and Board committees while ensuring compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Lead process improvements and mentor the finance team to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance.

Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.

Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

CPA designation is a plus, but not required.
