Job description

Duties:

  • Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
  • Coding or verifying the G/L account code of invoices for accuracy
  • Verify use of correct vendor, invoice number, invoice date, workflow/expense type, and amount
  • Able to prepare and process checks for multiple companies
  • Able to process 400-500 invoices weekly
  • Audit and verify expense reports
  • Reconciles vendor statements/accounts ensuring they are zeroing out every month
  • Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3 years or more of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
