Previous experience working in the retail automotive industry is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various clerical, data entry, accounting, bookkeeping and administrative duties
  • Maintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information
  • New/Used Car inventory record maintenance
  • Daily Deposit of cash, checks, and credit cards
  • Assist cashiering and reception
  • Perform account reconciliations as assigned
  • One-on-one training and support provided
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the dealership and among other Young Automotive locations
