The Role: Accountant vs. Senior Accountant

Accountant Responsibilities

  • Manage  A/P, A/R, reconciliations, expense tracking, and general ledger activity
  • Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks and FieldClix
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Assist with the month-end close and reporting
  • Support project cost tracking and job costing
  • Partner with field and operations teams

  

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

  • Lead or own the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Review reconciliations, journal entries, and reports
