Our client, a privately owned company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant and/or Manager/Senior Manager to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Staff Accountant/Manager of Audit
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
  • Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for a range of clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and addressing client needs.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings, issues, and recommendations to clients and partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and accounting standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of the Staff Accountant/Manager of Audit
  • 2+ years of Accounting experience
  • CPA highly preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
