POSITION SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all departments. This role is essential to ensuring accurate tax document management, effective client communication, and smooth day-to-day departmental workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to tax professionals, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain tax documents and filings in compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Assist with tax return preparation and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential tax records
  • Communicate with clients regarding document requests, updates, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tax filings
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and office organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Prior experience filing tax return / familiarity with process of tax returns

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • In-office position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; discussed during the interview process.
