Our proven 86-Day Agent Launch equips agents with the skills, systems, and structure needed to succeed in today's market while connecting you with professionals across the United States and Canada training alongside you.
Average new agents close or have pending 3.4 transactions during this time. Experienced agents average 9.3.
Deliver a High-Level Client Experience
  • Conduct listing appointments and convert seller opportunities
  • Strategically market properties and help sellers maximize their returns
  • Guide buyers through the home search and purchasing process
  • Provide detailed communication and written feedback to clients
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Build trust-based relationships through professionalism and strong service
Lead Generate Consistently
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week of lead generation
  • Make outbound calls, set appointments, and convert opportunities
  • Utilize proven scripts, systems, and accountability structures

Host Open Houses
  • Conduct at least 3 open houses per month
  • Follow proven preparation and follow-up systems designed to improve attendance and lead conversion

  • Attend the office 3 or more days each week
  • Participate in script practice, prospecting sessions, coaching, and team meetings
