Job Overview:
The Commercial Service Coordinator is responsible for customer communications to our commercial repair and residential low-slope customers. This is a key role to ensure customers are up to date on where their project stands and we're meeting expectations on time frames and invoicing. This role is ideal for an organized communicator with a passion for developing relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage intake of service requests from service customers

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

  • Coordinate schedules with Service Managers to ensure projects are being scheduled promptly

  • Communicate scheduling updates proactively to customers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identify and develop process improvements as we look to grow our service division nationally

  • Assist in the invoicing process in Jobba and Acumatica

  • Manage accounts receivable (AR) for our service and residential low-slope customers

  • Participate in quarterly service review meetings with our service clients

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth roofing service operations

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to build client relationships effectively

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work long hours during the busy season

  • Strong organizational skills with experience or ability to learn industry software (Jobba and Acumatica)

Work Environment:
This position primarily involves working in an office environment with frequent digital and phone communication. Must be able to manage multiple administrative priorities simultaneously.
Driving:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
