We're looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk III to support high-volume cash application and reconciliation activities within our Finance team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Process and apply high-volume daily payments (ACH, wires, lockbox, checks, credit cards)
  • Accurately match payments to customer accounts and invoices
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short pay, and deductions
  • Reconcile cash activity to bank statements and accounting systems
  • Prepare adjustments, journal entries, and support month-end close
  • Partner with Credit, Collections, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies
