Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor customer accounts for payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Qualifications
