We seek an experienced, self-starting Project Manager to serve as a part of the Company's Government Program team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Duty Description and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager provides programmatic and system operational support to PEO IEW&S in support of high priority exercises and demonstrations. The Program Specialist will:
  • Communicate complex technologies and program challenges to senior leadership
  • Conduct forums with senior leaders to independently review program technologies
  • Create project plans that include tasks, milestones and timelines

  • Mature: respects others' opinions, beliefs, and culture; listens to ideas, shares thoughts, and works independently and together to contribute insights to the company's leaders.
  • Forthright: speaks with conviction; argues based on understanding, respectfully.
  • Inquisitive: seeks deeper explanations of how systems work, not the surface-level description of the actors involved; goes beyond "stick-fetching" to connect the unconnected.

  • Honest: knows what's right, what's legal, what's appropriate; acts accordingly.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this work, a Department of War security clearance is required. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 10 years of experience, or

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytic skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are an asset.
  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Group Life and Voluntary Life Insurance plans
  • Retirement Savings Plan
  • Paid Time Off
