Elevate the Patient Experience.**At **HALO Diagnostics (HALO Dx)**, we're transforming healthcare through precision diagnostics, advanced imaging, and patient-centered care. Our mission is to detect disease earlier, improve outcomes, and deliver an exceptional experience for every patient. We're seeking an experienced **Account Operational Executive** to lead multi-site healthcare operations across the Connecticut and New England states. In this role, you'll oversee a team of 10+ Patient Navigators while partnering closely with physician practices, imaging centers, and operational leaders to drive exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and continued business growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and has a proven track record of managing multi-site healthcare operations. You will lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams by overseeing performance, workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. You'll optimize workflows, improve patient access and operational efficiency, monitor key performance indicators, and work closely with site managers and physician partners to resolve operational challenges. As a champion of the patient experience, you'll ensure compassionate, seamless care throughout the patient journey while supporting navigators who assist with imaging, diagnostics, and genetic testing services.
