Instead, you'll become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of business clients, helping them align their technology investments with their long-term business goals while ensuring they receive an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

You'll become their trusted resource by understanding their business, helping them plan for the future, and ensuring they're maximizing the value of their technology investments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with a portfolio of business clients
  • Leading approximately two Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) each week, both virtually and in person
  • Developing strategic technology roadmaps and budget recommendations
  • Building relationships with executives and key decision-makers
  • Coordinating with engineers and solution architects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively resolving concerns
  • Helping clients understand new technology opportunities and best practices
  • Reviewing licensing, service agreements, and account information for accuracy
  • Collaborating across departments to advocate for your clients
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the overall client experience

This position is designed for someone who enjoys helping clients succeed through proactive planning rather than reactive support.

What Success Looks Like

After your first year, you'll have:

  • Built trusted relationships across your client portfolio
  • Successfully taken ownership of a full client load
  • Become confident leading Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Earned the trust of both clients and internal teams
  • Become a reliable partner known for proactive communication and follow-through
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who naturally builds trust and enjoys helping businesses solve problems.

The ideal candidate is:

  • A relationship builder who communicates confidently with executives and business leaders
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Curious about technology and eager to continuously learn
  • Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with operational details
  • Collaborative and respected by teammates across multiple departments

  • Strong understanding of business technology solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
What Makes This Role Unique?
  • Join one of Louisville's most respected Managed Service Providers
  • Focus on building long-term client relationships rather than cold calling
  • Work alongside a collaborative team of engineers, solution architects, and executive leadership
  • Opportunity to influence technology strategy for growing businesses
  • Modern office environment with a strong employee-first culture
  • Professional development and long-term career growth
  • Louisville Business First Best Places to Work winner

  • Ongoing professional development

If you are someone who is passionate about customer service, client relationships, and can own a room for quarterly review meetings, this is a job for you!
