Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family's legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I've been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I've enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
