Associate Account Executive / Account Executive
Reports To: SVP, Global Sales
Position Overview
TOCCIN is seeking an Associate Account Executive / Account Executive to support the
growth of our wholesale business across North America and key international markets.
This role will serve as a key partner to the SVP of Global Sales and the Wholesale team,
supporting account management, business analysis, market preparation, and sales
execution across major department stores, specialty retailers, and off-price channels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, entrepreneurial, and passionate about
luxury fashion. This individual will own select accounts independently while providing
strategic support on key wholesale partnerships including major department store
accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Support
• Manage and develop assigned wholesale accounts, driving seasonal sales growth
and fostering strong retail partnerships.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated full-price and off-price accounts.
• Support in managing key strategic accounts, including major department store
partners.
• Assist in preparing for and conducting seasonal market appointments, buyer
presentations, and account meetings.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to expand distribution,
improve sell-through, and drive reorders.
Business Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports analyzing business
performance by account, category, delivery, and region.
• Support forecasting, open-to-buy analysis, inventory management discussions, and
seasonal planning.
• Analyze sell-through reports and retail performance to identify risks and
opportunities.
• Partner with operations and production teams to ensure alignment on delivery
timing, inventory availability, and business priorities.
• Maintain account-level performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist with seasonal hindsight analyses and business recaps.

Market & Merchandising Support
• Prepare selling tools, line sheets, assortment plans, and market materials.
• Support merchandising recommendations based on account needs, historical
performance, and market trends.
• Assist in showroom preparation and execution during market appointments.
• Partner with the merchandising team to ensure account assortments align with
brand strategy and customer demand.
Off-Price Management
• Manage the off-price business, inventory opportunities, pricing recommendations,
and order execution.
• Partner with internal teams to strategically liquidate excess inventory while
protecting brand integrity and distribution standards.
• Track off-price sales performance and inventory movement.
Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of wholesale sales, account management, buying, planning,
merchandising, or retail analysis experience (Associate AE) OR 4–7+ years (AE level).
• Experience working with luxury, contemporary, or premium fashion brands
preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret sales reports, sell-through data, and inventory metrics to make
business recommendations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with department stores, specialty retail, and/or wholesale distribution
preferred.
