Description:

Bond is seeking an Account Development Representative to support customer engagement. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of Bond's platform and Preventative Personal Security services and engage Bond customers through direct outreach.

    Required Skills & Experience

    1. Fluent in English
    2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales / telemarketing
    3. Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
    4. Effective communication, including the ability to listen and communicate clearly.
    5. High energy, high attention to details, process oriented, and professional.
    6. The ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
    7. The ability to successfully complete a thorough background and reference check.
    8. Employees will be exposed to sensitive data and must comply with all data privacy laws, regulations, standards and policy requirements.
    9. This role may be a hybridized role with the potential of operating from home. If/when operating from home, you will need the following:
      1. Wired, High-Speed Broadband service with a minimum download speed of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment
      2. Well-lit, dedicated and quiet area from where to work without interruption or distraction. Must have a neutral visual or neutral virtual background.
      3. Workspace large enough to accommodate one monitor and a notebook computer.
