Job Summary

Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals seeking an exciting career in advertising and marketing. The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Account Management Team, ensuring seamless campaign execution and exceptional client service. This position offers a great opportunity to develop a strong foundation in media, marketing, and client relations.


This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.



Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of day-to-day account management, ensuring smooth operations and successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain performance tracking reports and media databases to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth research to support media campaign recommendations and market insights.
  • Document and distribute client meeting summaries to ensure clear communication and action items.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling presentations and reports for client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive campaign success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices in media and marketing.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including media partners and creative agencies, as needed.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned to support the team and business objectives.



Knowledge and Skills Required

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in media planning or marketing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal formats.
  • Basic understanding of media terminology and marketing processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • College degree required—preferably in Marketing, Media Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Advantage software or other media buying tools is a plus.



Compensation Range
$38,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
