Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a customer-first mindset.
  • Support account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products and solutions that create value.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within our CRM and business systems.
  • Manage quotes, orders, follow-up activities, and customer communications in an organized and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with customer service, logistics, purchasing, accounting, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ease of doing business.
  • Meet individual and team goals related to customer engagement, account growth, responsiveness, and business development.
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus.
  • Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills and time management.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus.
