School-Based OT Opportunity - Short Commute to Accomack County, VA | 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a rewarding school-based opportunity in Accomack County, VA, conveniently located within commuting distance of Salisbury, MD. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive special education team, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Details
  • 2026-2027 School Year
  • Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
  • On-Site in Accomack County, VA
  • PreK-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
  • Virtual interviews conducted via Zoom
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students to identify functional, sensory, and motor skill needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Virginia Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
