Descripcion del puesto

L'Area Sales Manager sara responsabile di guidare l'espansione del marchio Silence nel territorio assegnato, concentrando gli sforzi sull'apertura di nuove concessionarie e sulla costruzione di una rete commerciale solida per i nostri veicoli elettrici. In una fase iniziale, l'area assegnata sara il Centro-Nord Italia. Questa posizione riporta al Country Sales Manager del paese.

Requisitos del candidato

Sviluppo della rete di concessionari

  • Identificare, contattare e aprire nuove concessionarie nel territorio assegnato, con l'obiettivo di creare una rete solida ed efficiente nelle citta e regioni chiave.
  • Sviluppare relazioni commerciali a lungo termine con potenziali concessionari, valutando la loro capacita di rappresentare il marchio e garantendo l'allineamento con i valori e gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Negoziare accordi commerciali con i nuovi concessionari, assicurando condizioni favorevoli e promuovendo una crescita sostenibile della rete.

Penetrazione ed espansione del mercato

  • Attuare strategie di penetrazione del mercato adattate alle caratteristiche specifiche del territorio, assicurando visibilita e riconoscimento del marchio.
  • Sviluppare strategie commerciali adattate al territorio.
  • Gestire e sviluppare i canali di vendita B2C e B2B nel territorio.
  • Guidare il processo di apertura di nuovi punti vendita, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle politiche commerciali e di marketing.
  • Promuovere l'immagine e i valori del marchio, collaborando strettamente con i concessionari per massimizzare la presenza nei punti vendita.

Gestione e supporto ai concessionari

  • Supportare i nuovi concessionari nell'avvio delle loro operazioni, fornendo strumenti e formazione per il successo nella vendita di veicoli Silence.
  • Monitorare le performance della rete, offrendo supporto continuo nelle strategie commerciali, marketing e gestione delle vendite.
  • Garantire il rispetto degli standard di immagine e comunicazione stabiliti dal marchio.

Monitoraggio delle performance e fidelizzazione

  • Mantenere relazioni strette ed efficaci con la rete di concessionari per garantire fidelizzazione e allineamento strategico.
  • Analizzare regolarmente le performance commerciali, identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare misure correttive.
  • Raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali, sia in termini di nuovi concessionari sia di vendite generate.
  • Redigere report commerciali e presentare i risultati al Country Manager.

Attivita sul campo ed esecuzione delle strategie

  • Effettuare visite frequenti ai concessionari potenziali e attuali, oltre a partecipare ai principali eventi e fiere del settore della mobilita elettrica.
  • Partecipare a fiere ed eventi.
  • Eseguire e supervisionare le strategie commerciali sul territorio, accompagnando i concessionari nelle loro attivita di vendita.
  • Coordinarsi con altri dipartimenti (marketing, logistica, post-vendita) per raggiungere gli obiettivi.
