Front Desk Sales Coordinator – Part Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded front desk sales person (Wellness Coordinator) to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you're passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you. Schedule Must be willing to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Location This role requires availability to work at our 3 locations in McDonough, Fayetteville, and Newnan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
  • Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
  • Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
  • Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
  • Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
  • Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds

Compensation and Benefits Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour + Bonus $1 increase after first 60 days depending on performance Free chiropractic wellness membership for you
