  • Proficiency in WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 AA/AAA guidelines and strict Section 508 compliance standards.
  • Experience with screen readers and assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, and VoiceOver.
  • Experience in executing comprehensive accessibility audits utilizing automated tools such as axe, WAVE, and WorldSpace.
  • Experience with remediating complex digital content formats encompassing enterprise websites, multimedia, and PDFs.
  • Experience in applying ADA Title II regulations and CPACC certified methodologies to public-facing digital assets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical training and accessibility guidance.
