What youll do here:

  • Drive direct sales within assigned territories with a focus on OEM customers.
  • Engage engineers early in design phases to support specification opportunities.
  • Understand customer applications and recommend technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals with engineering support.
  • Own the customer relationship from initial engagement through order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure order accuracy.
  • Represent the company at meetings, job sites, and trade shows.
  • Support all CFM product lines including OEM, WPD, IFD, Air Curtains, and Energy Recovery.
  • Represent CFM at customer meetings, job sites, and industry events, with up to 25% travel as required


The experience you bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent technical sales experience.
  • 35 years of outside or technical sales experience.
  • Experience supporting OEM or specificationdriven sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
