What youll do here:
- Drive direct sales within assigned territories with a focus on OEM customers.
- Engage engineers early in design phases to support specification opportunities.
- Understand customer applications and recommend technical solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals with engineering support.
- Own the customer relationship from initial engagement through order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure order accuracy.
- Represent the company at meetings, job sites, and trade shows.
- Support all CFM product lines including OEM, WPD, IFD, Air Curtains, and Energy Recovery.
- Represent CFM at customer meetings, job sites, and industry events, with up to 25% travel as required
The experience you bring:
- Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent technical sales experience.
- 35 years of outside or technical sales experience.
- Experience supporting OEM or specificationdriven sales environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, ventilation, or mechanical equipment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
