As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's needs.
• Providing timely and effective consultation on creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality of care.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and intervention strategies as indicated by the clinical team.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives and licensing/accreditation processes.
• Serving as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to streamline service accessibility for clients.
• Engaging in professional development activities such as attending conferences and representing the agency at various meetings.
• Upholding the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all aspects of your work.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Your client caseload will be diverse, addressing an array of mental health issues ranging from emotional distress to chronic mental health conditions.
