Banyan Recovery & Treatment Centers is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our remote team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health support. This role offers a fully remote work setting, leveraging cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver services. Our practice is open to clients from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling. • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' trauma histories, guiding the development of individualized treatment approaches.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that focus on recovery from trauma, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to equip clients with coping strategies and resources.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available support mechanisms, fostering a clear understanding of the healing process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to reinforce trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery and treatment efficacy.

You will primarily serve individuals affected by trauma-related disorders, providing care that is respectful and responsive to their unique experiences. Our patient population includes various demographic backgrounds, with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Your role will empower these individuals by fostering resilience and offering strategies to cope with and recover from their experiences.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.
• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic approach.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to track patient progress.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and familiarity with various therapeutic interventions signifies your ability to meet diverse client needs.
• A keen ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress interactions showcases your resilience as a clinician.
• A collaborative spirit to effectively engage with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team is highly valued.

Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to guaranteed pay, we provide annual increases and bonus opportunities. Other benefits include:
