Our practice is open to clients from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' trauma histories, guiding the development of individualized treatment approaches.
  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that focus on recovery from trauma, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to equip clients with coping strategies and resources.
  • Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available support mechanisms, fostering a clear understanding of the healing process.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals affected by trauma-related disorders, providing care that is respectful and responsive to their unique experiences. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
