Responsibilities:

  • Successfully interact through phone and email with respective Team as you solve their problems.
  • Handling Incidents , Creating and managing Service request , Managing Change record using service Now, Joining Customer Tab calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform data migration tasks to transition the customer from the previous swift stack infrastructure to the new infrastructure.
  • Maintain case ownership and keep customers informed of progress on their issues by contacting them periodically with updates.
  • Consistently meet/exceed customer account needs; identify opportunities to enhance delivery of company service and support goals.
  • Suggest solutions to the customer proactively to continuously expand and improve customer experience.
  • Creation and updating SOPs.
  • Work independently with a focused direction while adding value and contributing to overall team performance.

Primary Technology :

Swift Stack Object Storage

- Architecture, Implementation, building swift ring, enabling and configuring of swift and troubleshooting. Configuring cluster, adding nodes, deploying changes to the swift cluster, configuring 1space, cluster tuning technique.

Candidate should be good at Swift automation, encryption and data protection methods.

Should know how to fetch S3 specific information, 1space mapping & Swift stack metadata concept & swift stack file access.

Large object/dynamic large object concepts.
