YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You oversee all rental transactions, ensuring smooth operations and a premium customer experience while handling escalated service issues with professionalism 
  • You drive revenue growth by managing branch market penetration, setting competitive pricing, and achieving sales targets 
  • You lead, train, and mentor the team, including Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Return Agents, fostering development and career growth 
  • You manage cost control, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to company standards and operational processes 
  • You conduct regular performance reviews, organize staff meetings, and maintain a motivated and well-informed team environment 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience & Education You hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in sales or customer service, including 5–7 years managing airport rental car locations, with proven leadership skills to guide teams effectively; while rental industry experience is a plus, we also welcome candidates with management backgrounds in hospitality, such as hotel management
  • Supervisory & Communication Skills You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities 
  • Organization & Customer Service You are highly organized and have excellent customer service skills 
  • Work Authorization & License You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future, and you are at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record 
  • Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (20%), some of which may be by airplane
