To thrive as an Access Driver, you need a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and knowledge of passenger transport regulations, often supported by specialized training in accessibility and safety procedures. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, scheduling software, and wheelchair lift mechanisms is typically required.
