In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries in a professional manner consistent with site procedures.
  • Support a professional environment within a fast-paced technology-focused location by reporting maintenance issues, policy concerns, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
