Benefits

  • Lead security programs that protect people, facilities, operations, and critical infrastructure.
  • Own high-visibility projects while building long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple electronic-security projects from kickoff through commissioning, final acceptance, closeout, and turnover.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, procurement timelines, risk registers, and billing milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering, estimating, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, customers, IT stakeholders, and construction trades.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, progress reviews, customer updates, inspections, punch-list reviews, and closeout activities.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, manage expectations, communicate risks, resolve issues, and build trusted relationships.
  • Manage labor utilization, material procurement, subcontractor performance, purchase requests, change orders, invoicing, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Review drawings, specifications, low-voltage designs, RFIs, submittals, schedules, scope revisions, and closeout requirements.
  • Lead field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, programmers, and project-support personnel.
  • Oversee access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, structured cabling, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, customer standards, applicable codes, OSHA requirements, quality plans, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate inspections, functional testing, punch resolution, as-builts, customer training, warranties, and turnover packages.
  • Identify additional-service, upgrade, expansion, and future-project opportunities while protecting customer trust.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project-management experience in commercial electronic security, low-voltage systems, integrated technology, or comparable construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, structured cabling, door-hardware interfaces, and integrated security.
  • Experience with Avigilon/Motorola Solutions, Genetec, LenelS2, Software House C-CURE, Paxton, Openpath, Milestone, or comparable platforms.
  • Responsibility for schedules, budgets, forecasts, field labor, subcontractors, procurement, change orders, billing, and customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, revisions, device schedules, punch lists, as-builts, and closeout documentation.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, security designs, door details, risers, and project schedules.
  • Experience leading installation, testing, commissioning, customer training, final acceptance, and turnover.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, negotiation, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects without losing financial, documentation, safety, or quality control.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or Smartsheet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to complete applicable background, drug, client, and site-access screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data-center, mission-critical, healthcare, financial, government, enterprise-campus, or critical-infrastructure security experience.
  • PMP, ASIS PSP, SIA CSPM, RCDD, CTS, or relevant manufacturer certifications.
  • Certifications involving Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, C-CURE, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, AMAG, Gallagher, or comparable platforms.
