We are currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Experienced Alarm System Access & Control, CCTV Technicians. This pivotal role is designed for those who excel in a fast-paced and innovative environment, tackling challenges head-on with precision and confidence.

This full-time position is specifically tailored for experts who have a robust background in security systems, including but not limited to access control systems and CCTV operations. Ideally, candidates will demonstrate significant technical prowess and readiness to manage complex installations and maintenance protocols associated with high-grade security systems. The successful applicants will be able to travel throughout the State of Arizona and will be expected to perform their duties on-various sites, dealing directly with the hardware and technologies that ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electronic security systems including CCTV, access controls, intrusion alarms, and gate operators. Honeywell, S2, RS2, Lenell, Resideo, DMP, Panasonic, Hanwha, AXIS cameras, Door King and many more product lines.
  • Interface complex network setups integrating multiple security components to create cohesive and operational systems.
  • Manage the configuration and programming of electronic systems to ensure optimal functioning regarding user access and data collection.
  • Provide detailed technical support and training to clients regarding the use and maintenance of installed security systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs undertaken, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology related to security systems and implement best practices continuously.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to plan and execute security installation projects from conception through to completion.
  • Ensure all systems installed meet the rigorous standards of operational integrity and safety as prescribed by industry and company criteria.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency calls or issues with security systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the installation, cabling, and troubleshooting of intrusion alarm systems, CCTV, gate operators, access control, Intercom Electronic door hardware,
  • Expertise in handling, cutting, and installing electrified door hardware.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to work with various electronic security technologies and software.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring standards pertinent to the security industry.
  • Understanding of network infrastructures including Ethernet, TCP/IP, and WiFi set-ups affecting security systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system blueprints effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to think critically and adapt to emerging challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in an understandable manner.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the security technology field.
