Hybrid Sales & Service Technician Commercial Door hardware service and installation, low energy Automatics service and installation. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as aHybrid Sales & Technician. This unique role combines technical expertise in automated door systems with strong sales acumen to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible forselling, installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial door and hardware automation solutions, ensuring clients receive both top-quality products and outstanding support. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the commercial door and hardware automation market.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair automated door systems, access control hardware, and related components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
