Job description

Engineering/Quality Auditing Supervisor

Location: Santa Isabel, PR

The Engineering/QA Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of a team, e.g., delivery, process, managing the workload of the team, making assignments, and having responsibility for developing team members. This person will operate as a subject matter expert and be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations, as well as manage effective internal and external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility. This person will also exercise consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and general operations of the business.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a Citizen of the United States

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with MS Office suite to include Excel and Outlook

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Lead/Team Lead/Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and interpret drawings

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry

  • Experience with Net Inspect

  • Familiarity with AS9102 forms 1, 2, 3

  • Excel to include formulas and pivot tables
