What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional programs with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Design scalable processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and business performance
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, operational improvements, and organizational priorities
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and Board stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support development of mid- and long-term strategic plans across products, markets, customer segments, and business functions
  • Prepare leadership communications, updates, and materials for executive meetings and stakeholder engagements
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and team productivity
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications across business functions
  • Support deployment and adoption of AI-enabled workflows and scalable business solutions

What you'll bring:
  • 6+ years of experience in MBB or top-tier strategy boutique background
  • Experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments is preferred
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in low-structured environments
