  • Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations managed end-to-end - from project initiation through go-live and hypercare - with accountability for scope, schedule, and delivery quality across teams of 10+ resources.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading and coordinating offshore delivery teams of 10+ resources across 2+ global time zones, with demonstrated experience managing utilization targets, quality gates, and delivery cadences within a blended onshore/offshore model.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated cutover management experience across a minimum of 2 go-live events, including development of cutover runbooks, execution of 2+ mock cutovers, facilitation of go/no-go decision frameworks, and ownership of hypercare support windows of 2+ weeks post go-live.
