Job description

Pay Range: $70,447.00 - $93,923.00
Responsible for the third-party risk and service provider oversight program under the direction of management. Act as a liaison and coordinator of the third-party risk management system, document collection process, maintenance of department procedures, contract management, user entitlement, and training of business lines. In addition, this position will collaborate with and provide support to all company sectors including subsidiaries and affiliates.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Previous Experience in Risk, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Enterprise Risk, Audit or Compliance preferred

Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated competency in the following areas is highly desired: third party risk management, procurement, business continuity/disaster recover planning, SOC reports, information security, company financial reports, and privacy policies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication, judgment, facilitation, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, organizational and detail orientation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to various levels within the organization.
  • Ability of comparing data from different sources and drawing conclusions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, Crystal Report and other computerized tools.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Tasks Performed:
  • 30% Establish and maintain third party risk policies and procedures. Performs the identification, tracking, monitoring, management and reporting of issues. Maintain a current understanding of relevant third party risk management best practices and regulations
  • 30% Perform comprehensive due diligence and ongoing monitoring of all the company's new and existing third parties. This due diligence involves assessing various risk domains including: information security, financial viability, business continuity, compliance objectives, offshore risks and contractual risks. Due Diligence also will include contract language review to meet regulatory requirements. Ongoing monitoring includes frequent reviews and inspections of policies, audit reports and evidence of security and business resiliency controls to validate operational effectiveness and identify gaps.
  • 20% Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing key information which includes but not be limited to: 1 Information Security & Fraud Risk metrics; 2 Third Party Risk; 3 ERM and Information Security KRI/KPI and 4 Audit/Remediation tracking.
  • 10% Request, prepare and conduct the User Entitlement Reviews for the organization for all technology applications and systems. This includes the preparation of the user listing, gathering of required data, and facilitating the review with management.
  • 5% Conduct training and awareness of the enterprise third party risk application to end users and business units across the enterprise. This may include person to person training and electronic delivery channel mechanisms.
  • 5% Provide occasional support of incident response and business continuity incidents or exercises. Perform other duties as assigned.
