You will be the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works® - Level 5 for the Skunk Works® Advanced Development Program which is responsible for delivering world‑changing aerospace systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works® - Level 5 you will be responsible for translating mission goals into actionable schedules, ensuring on‑time, in‑budget delivery of advanced aeronautical projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Critical Path Methodology.

  • Integrate schedule impacts of proposed work across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality functions.

  • Analyze schedule networks to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on timing, budget, and quality objectives.

  • Produce clear schedule artifacts with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Who You Are
You are a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional with deep expertise in schedule development and Critical Path analysis. Your strong communication skills enable you to partner across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable with occasional shift work, extended hours, and travel, and you bring a relentless drive to deliver high‑impact results.
Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView
Desired Skills:
• Ability work independently and with a team.
• Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, or Business Administration
• Prior Aerospace experience
• Some history as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Specific experience with applicability to this position includes topics of:
o Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
o Analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
o Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
o LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
o Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
o Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
o Use of Microsoft Project
o Use of Deltek Open Plan
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
