Job description

We are seeking a new talent to lead our Account Management team and Residential Services where you will have the opportunity to lead our Residential Offering within Accenture Credit Services.

As the Service Account Lead Associate Director - Residential Offering Lead, you will be responsible for managing client dedicated teams providing a full scope of Residential Lending and Loan Servicing/ Consumer Lending activities. You will be responsible for using your deep knowledge and experience in Sales, Delivery and Account Management to shape solutions that solve client problems and business needs. You will work directly with the client, leading the team towards sales growth and profitable delivery.

You are expected to be a Residential Subject Matter Expert (SME) with influencing and advisory skills, engaging with multiple teams and making team decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, as well as solutions to business area problems. Master level proficiency in Account Management and the Residential industry is required. Advanced proficiency in Account Sales Planning, Sales Pursuit Management, Delivery and other skills are recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive sales growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

  • Lead and motivate onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

  • Ensure financial commitments for sales, revenue and delivered margin are achieved

Role Requirements:

  • Travel up to 30% possible

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Residential Lending/Servicing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residential Mortgage and Loan Servicing experience

  • Ability to balance sales activities and delivery

  • Knowledge: Extensive understanding of residential real estate, with a proven track record of leading residential teams in origination, underwriting, servicing support functions

  • Current knowledge of industry trends in residential

  • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required

  • Strong analytical skills: This skill is essential for evaluating and completing a wide range of real estate transactions

  • Effective Communication Skills: To successfully perform the duties of the Residential Client Account Management Associate Director, candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Negotiation skills: Highly developed negotiation skills
