Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Minimum 7+ years of experience as an SFCC B2C /Demandware - Lead/Architect.

·       Strong experience in SFCC headless applications involving OMS, ERP, and multiple integration support.

·       Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs.

·       Review and integrate technical architecture requirements.

·       Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.

·       Conceptualise, architect, and design solutions that meet customer business objectives, cost, timeline, quality, and MVP goals.

·       Lead technical delivery and overall project execution.

·       Build and implement solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), also known as Demandware.

·       Define and establish technical standards for SFCC solutions, including tools and systems to enhance SFCC capabilities.

·       Develop and refine accelerator concepts to provide a competitive advantage in the sales process; build MVP accelerators.

·       Professional experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Demandware.

·       Proficient in Demandware Script, XML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, Java OOP, NodeJS, RESTful web services, and client-side applications using advanced JavaScript architectures.

·       Strong background in W3C standards, Accessibility Guidelines, MVC architecture, Agile development methodologies, and associated tools.

·       Experience with SFRA, Pipelines, JS Controllers, ISML Templates, and real-time data exchange using web services.

·       Responsible for managing a team and overseeing solution design and architecture across project streams.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Experience working with virtual teams across multiple time zones.

·       Should have understanding on OCAPI/SCAPI, PWA Kit and full E2E headless implementation.

·       Expertise in Order to Cash and Inventory Management processes.

·       Understanding of payment processing workflows.

·       Knowledge of packing and shipment processes.

·       Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer (B2C) process flows.

·       Have work Experience working at customer location and managing the customer.

Certifications:

·       SFCC B2C Developer Certification (mandatory).
