Type: 12-month contract (No 3rd party C2C; no visa sponsorship)

Job Overview:
Drive online business growth by supporting the client's digital presence, consumer experience and ultimately driving online sales and share expansion in the US. Position to be fulfilled at the retailer headquarters in Indiana for close alignment with internal teams and vendor stakeholders.
Goal of the mission is to grow client market share as well as growing brands share within the client ecosystem.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Relationship & Growth
  • Act as a digitally native professional focused on building strong relationships to identify, unlock, and execute mutual goals and opportunities between the client and digital e-commerce partner.
  • Bring strategic insights to e-commerce partner to help drive website conversion.
  • Identify and unlock content opportunities that support the partner website and conversion ambitions.
  • Serve as an extended arm of the Retail Marketing Manager supporting both the client and e-commerce partner to execute and deploy Customer Marketing Plan actions
  • Be the main point of contact for both the client and e-commerce partner teams for online new initiatives
Customer Experience Alignment
  • Understand partner's consumer journey stages (Welcome, Fitment Confirmation, Evaluation & Consideration, Purchase) and ensure client's digital presence supports each stage.
  • Implement strategies to reduce fallout/drop-off:
  • Optimize taxonomy to reduce friction and optimize consumer journey
  • Optimize Conversion rate by PDP
Operations Management - Oversee operations including:
  • Purchase Orders & On-Hand Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of POs and inventory oversight.
  • Content Updates & Optimization: Maintain and optimize product content for increased organic traffic, longer virtual sessions, higher consideration, and conversion.
  • Catalog & Taxonomy Management: Ensure accurate catalog and taxonomy for better findability.
  • New Product Setup: Help ensure PDPs are accurate and up to date with new product launches
  • Out of stock: tracking out of stock situation and optimizing the process to reduce it
  • Forecasting & Allocation: Provide accurate forecasting for supply and allocation to reduce out-of-stock issues and improve on-shelf availability
  • Growth & Innovation: Build upon category trends and identify opportunities for digital innovation and growth within the partnership ecosystem.
  • Assortment: Close assortment gaps and ensure a robust long tail to meet diverse consumer needs
  • Strategic-Category Growth: Help Client grow thru e-commerce partner in the strategic categories of Motorsports, Enthusiast Truck, Winter, EV, and Classic.
  • Efficiencies: Identify operational efficiencies between both firms that can reduce the operating costs of both entities.
Data Partnership, Reporting & Insights
  • Share monthly reporting with agreed-upon KPIs to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Analyze campaign and operational performance and share findings to inform future strategies.
  • Build upon category trends to enhance product mix, positioning and product development
  • Create scorecard to monitor business progress and performance
  • Organize QBR with key stakeholders
